Alma De Cuba

Good 'fusion' food. The space has nice finishes in keeping with the restaurant's cuban theme. Unfortunately, like all of Steven Starr's restaurants, it is so loud you can barely hear the other people at your table - especially if the bar is full.

saw some good jazz here, seems like a nice place.

i went for restaurant week once and the food was very good, but no amazing. this seems to be the trend with most star restaurants. but i did enjoy myself and it is worth going to for cuban food, you just may not wet your pants from the quality (although could have been because it was restaurant week).
