The dark horse is a twisted maze of many rooms, with mutiple bars to choose between.
anyhow, I thought the food was "above average" for pub fare, and the portions were big, very satisfying. I got a real pour on boddingtons ... nitrogen fed, which was a nice surprise. I had one of the best pulled pork sandwhiches ive had in philly. (jamaican jerk ...pleasantly spicy). worth second visit next time im in the area.

Great fall back place if you live in Queen Village. Good selection of beers, consistent food, chill crowd. Don't sit in the dining room, instead try and find a a seat in one of the bars and order your food there. Menu includes pub standards and some unexpected choices, all served in huge portions.
