The food is mediocre. The service is mediocre. However, on just the right night, the outdoor seating is quite nice. For a bit more money, I'd just hang out at World Cafe which is basically next door.
All of the service and quality you'd expect by a restaurant staffed with college students. The outdoor area is nice, despite being next to a high speed, 4 lane road.
