A tiny little restaurant (with a surprisingly cozy back room), this Philly fave serves up some fantastic home-style Greek fare. Be sure to bring cash as they don't take cards!

Hell yes top notch Greek food. Fantastic octopus. Great romantic dinner to drink your BYOB (the Foodery is right down the block), eat seafood and discuss the future. Will you marry her? have kids? Private school vs. public school ? It's all good at Effie's.
