Great BYOB for a group of people. Not too expensive either. Fun atmosphere.

Good wood fired pizza. Though, it can be quite loud when full.

Polenta bread (pizza crust topped with polenta, corn, garlic, roasted peppers and I think some parm. cheese) is delicious.

Salad and bread was better than the pizza.

Cash only! Delicious pizzas. and pasta dishes. The owner is guy by the pizza oven. We got complimentary desserts over Upenn graduation weekend. Great for parents.

Bettterthan average pizza, but overpriced.

Lombardi's was 10x better. We'll miss you ...

Service is sometimes great and sometimes horrible.

Agree that Lombardi's was much much better but now that it is gone (even the building is gone!) MP might be the next best option for wood-fired pizza. Plus they serve decent (over-priced) beer (Chimay).

Since i can't edit my post i have to make another one .. "my bad" (as the kidz say) i didn't realize that it was BYO ... i wonder why i thought that? Anyway ... good pizza!

Well, philaguerilla, you are confused because Mama Palma's sells beer, but alllows you to bring your own wine. You're not crazy after all.

This place had great pizza and friendly service. I love when the owner visits the table and man are they kid friendly!
