I wonder why it doesn't come up cosi? Regardless, this chain, built around the theme of bread, can be seen all over Philadelphia. They have a variety of salads and sandwiches; after dinner they drinks, s'mores, and the infamous s'mOreo (quite tasty with an Iced Mocha Kiss!).
