Just reopened. Lots of space, and not that crowded (yet).
Dr. theme . . servers wear scrubs.
Good variety of beers on tap.

Valanni Restaurant

Less 'bar' atmosphere, more like a cafe. Delcious cocktails and tapas style appetizers for Center City Sips, wednesdays in the summer. Affordable with specials prices, otherwise, pricy for what you get.

Marathon on the Square

The only Marathon location that always has Matzoh ball soup on the menu every day. Better menu selections than the 16th street location.

Very small restaurant. If there is a wait, you are waiting outside. Excellent desserts - cannolis. yum.

Pietro's Coal Oven Pizza

Inside tends to get noisy and seating is often uncomfortably close to other patrons. Great outdoor seating and quick for pick up service. Margarita pizza and Chicken Ceaser's Salads are worth the experience.

Good coffee (La Colombe), yummy sweet waffles. You pick you 'mix-in'. Chocolate chip is the best.

Continental Mid-Town

Reviewed on Jun 28th, 2006
Best restaurant to share with friends, tapas style with excellent selection. Shoestring fries, chicken skewers w/peanut sauce and toasted pita with hummus are some of the best. Roof top bar is great to enjoy the city outdoors without being too crowded. Roof top turns into a cozy enclosed fireplace 'lounge' in the winter months. Drinks are tasty but can add up!
